Return & Refund Policy

All our products are handmade by artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect.

We have a 48 Hours Return Policy after the receipt of the product to initiate a request for a return.

RETURN can be accepted only in the following circumstances ..

1. When an INCORRECT product is delivered.


2. When the delivered product has any MANUFACTURING DEFECT like splitting or broken.


3. When there is any DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



To initiate a return, please follow the instructions mentioned below.

1. Go to My Account --> order history & status


2. Simply click on Return Button


3. Mention the reasons for the return


4. Give 3 images of the Product


5. Send a RETURN REQUEST


6. On receipt of request, our team will review the product


7. On approval, our logistic partner will arrange a pick up

Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if you have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

We do not accept returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION of an order can only be allowed if the product is not dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, NO CANCELLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
