Delivery, Return & Refund Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our only goal! We work with a team of experts and have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure that the product is up to our standards.
Please check for all the following items when the product is delivered to you:
1. Please check on all external surfaces across the product.
2. In case there is some dust or a lack of shine, rub the surface with a cloth; this will remove unwanted dust and the surface will shine evenly.
3. We do not undertake assembly and installation of products at customer premises. For that you have to hire local carpenter or agency. We will provide all the nuts, bolts, washers, tools etc required for the assembly of product.
4. The extent of polish/finish of internal areas may not match that of the external areas.
5. Natural solid wood comes in different qualities and even similar quality of wood has differing grain patterns, differing stain patterns and small knots. Small knots which structurally don't impact the product will be fully filled with putty and polished to make sure that they don't hamper the product; knots that alter structural stability of the product would be rejected at the quality control stage. Differing grain patterns and stain differences are acceptable on hard wood products. This may also alter the looks of product after finishing. This cannot be treated as a defect.
6. Wood products may have an effect of season. Wood products expand a small extent during one season while contract a small extent during the other season. Some drawers may be tough to move: but don’t worry. This is not a defect.
In case, you receive a damaged or incorrect product. Please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately and write to us at our email address along with relevant images of the product. We will take corrective measures to fix the problem or replace the item. Even if you are not happy with our corrective measures, and the item is unused, we would give 100% refund of your money, not exceeding the amount paid by you.
- The refund policy is applicable within 7 Days of receipt of Product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will not be more than the Paid amount for an item.
- We will try to arrange for the reverse pick up. It may take 5 to 7 days during which the product will be at your location and you are liable for safety and proper handling of the product. Further damage caused to the product at your location making it irreparable or unfit for resale will not be accepted by us. In such a case repairing cost would be recovered from your refund proceeds.
- On certain items that comes with Warranty, the warranty may supersede our return and refund policy.
- 100% refund is applicable only if incorrect or damaged product is delivered and the product is returned back to us in “as is” condition.
- Items must be returned to in new and unused condition with all the original packing, tags, peripherals, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
- You don’t have to contact your bank or credit card issuing institution for refund of your money. We will initiate the process of refund from our side and the amount will be credited to your bank account or credit card account from which you had made the payment. This process may take 15 to 20 working days after reverse pick up reaching of the products at our nearest distribution warehouse.
