Once you have completed a valid purchase, we will, thereafter, transmit an acceptance and confirmation email to your registered email address informing you of the tentative date of delivery of your product.
However, if you wish to cancel your purchase order, you may cancel it within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation mail and ask for payback from us. You can do so by writing to us on the email address given on website completely mentioning the Order No. given/generated and conveyed to you at the time of making the purchase or through the confirmation mail sent at your registered email address.
Payback instruction would be made to our Payment gateway partner and subsequently the amount would be paid back into your Debit/Credit card account or Net banking account from which you had made the payments.
A charge of 10% of amount paid by you would be levied by us towards various charges that are incurred to us pertaining to your payment receipt and reversal activities.
If you fail to cancel the order within the stipulated time and want to do that at a later stage but before the dispatch of your order, aforesaid process applies to you. In this case, charge levied by us would vary depending on the product type. For items containing fabric/upholstery/leatherette a cancellation charge equal to 30% of amount paid by you would be deducted. For only wooden items, cancellation charge equal to 25% of the amount paid by you would be deducted. You expressly agree that you will not apply to your bank or credit/debit card institution for chargeback. If shipping charges were charged extra, then it would be refunded in full.
For non-furniture items, we do not accept any cancellation request from customers at any stage after placing the order.
